About the role
Wave is recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer. This full time · remote · market travel at least twice/year opportunity is advertised for Remote · Kenya, Ghana and selected African operating markets.
Location eligibility: Wave lists Kenya and Ghana among its talent-hub countries and accepts candidates in operating markets including Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire. Applicants need experience managing an engineering organisation of approximately 100 people, a strong software-engineering background, accountability for high-consequence systems, experience hiring senior engineering leaders and a practical point of view on artificial intelligence in engineering.
