Location eligibility: UNICEF lists this Kenya-based remote consultancy with substantial Bangkok-hour overlap and periodic in-person engagement there. Applicants need a relevant master's degree or accepted equivalent, at least eight years in digital-health systems in lower- and middle-income countries, at least five years in national-scale interoperability and hands-on FHIR experience.
