About the role
Talent Safari is recruiting for a Talent Consultant. This full time · remote; nairobi one day per week in person opportunity is advertised for Remote · African time zone; Nairobi, Cape Town, Lagos, Abidjan or Kigali preferred.
Location eligibility: The official posting accepts candidates based anywhere who can work on an African time zone and particularly welcomes applicants in African startup hubs. Nairobi-based hires are expected to work with the Nairobi team in person one day per week. It requires two to five years of experience, ideally in startup recruitment, or high-output operations or strategy experience in a fast-moving startup.
