About the role

KC Overseas Education is seeking a Kenya-based regional officer or manager to improve student conversions and channel-partner performance. This remote, field-intensive role links partner offices with head office and combines relationship management, operational oversight and regional business development.

Location eligibility: Open to Kenya-based applicants. The role combines partner relationships, student conversion, training and regional business development, with regular travel across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Oversee the student journey across partner offices, from application processing through final conversion.
  • Deliver regional conversion targets and develop long-term channel-partner relationships.
  • Onboard and train partner teams, maintain regular reviews and resolve operational or service-quality issues.
  • Identify new partners and ensure offices follow required processes, documentation standards and ethical practices.
  • Coordinate regional marketing activity, events and field engagement with head-office teams.
  • Travel across the assigned region to support growth and consistent delivery.

Requirements

What you will bring

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as business, is preferred.
  • Four to seven years of total experience, including at least two years in international education.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and the ability to learn and apply new domain knowledge quickly.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex partner and student situations.
